Alice designs Zen-X for everyday stress, day or night, so it fits a busy workday as well as a quiet evening. It uses functional mushrooms only, so there is no psilocybin and Alice says you will not fail a drug test from it.

Format and contents, per Alice.

Brand: Alice Mushrooms

Size: 80g (2.8oz) tin, 16 servings

Chocolate: organic semi sweet 72% dark chocolate

Mushrooms: organic reishi and tremella, 100% fruiting body

Botanicals and nutrients: kanna, L-theanine, magnesium glycinate, rhodiola, saffron

Sugar: under 1g per serving

Dietary: vegan, gluten free, dairy free, OU-D kosher

What to know about the formula. Alice does not publish milligram amounts for each ingredient on its product page, so we present Zen-X as a functional chocolate rather than a dosed supplement. Reishi has a long history in traditional practice as a calming mushroom, and L-theanine is the amino acid found in tea. We make no medical claims about any of them.

How to use it. Alice suggests one to two squares whenever you need to recenter.
