How To Use
Not feeling your best? Take one serving (two teaspoons) every two-to-three hours. Consume up to four times daily, or as directed by a physician. For adults and children ages 12+. Shake well before use.

Unpasteurized buckwheat honey, elderberry fruit extract, bee propolis extract, melatonin, L-theanine, lemon balm extract, grape seed extract, glycerin, purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate
