Newton Dispensary Alternative: deVINE in South Boston

Looking for a dispensary alternative near Newton? deVINE is a boutique wellness shop at 619 E Broadway in South Boston, about 25 to 30 minutes away by car. We carry legal, psilocybin-free mushroom products, kratom, kava, hemp THC, and our own CBD line, all for adults 21 and over.

Is deVINE a dispensary?

No, and we think it is worth being upfront about that. deVINE is not licensed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, so we do not sell marijuana. We are a boutique wellness shop that carries legal products licensed dispensaries cannot stock, alongside federally compliant hemp. If you want state-licensed recreational cannabis, a licensed dispensary is the right stop. If you want something different, read on.

What Newton shoppers come to us for

Newton customers usually come to us for functional products: mushroom chocolate from Alice and Rize, CBD topicals for post-workout recovery, and alcohol-free cocktails for entertaining.

Our shelves cover four main areas: psilocybin-free mushroom products, including chocolates, gummies, and tablets from brands like Rize; botanicals like kratom, kava, and blue lotus, in measured seltzers, shots, and gummies; federally compliant hemp THC vapes, flower, and edibles; and our own deVINE line of CBD gummies, tinctures, and topicals, made here in Boston.

Popular with Newton shoppers: deVINE OptiMSM CBD Cream 1200mg, Rize 12g Mushroom Chocolate, and Little Saints Classic Spritz.

Why Newton customers make the trip

Newton customers often tell us they value the transparency: published lab results and staff who will say when a product is not a good fit.

Every product we carry is backed by third-party testing, and the results we have on file are posted on our lab reports page. If you are new to mushrooms or kratom, our team will walk you through formats and portions in person, and we will tell you plainly what something will and will not do.
