What is kanna? Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a South African succulent traditionally chewed or brewed, and Fun Guy standardizes its extract to 5% alkaloids so each piece is consistent. Kanna acts on mood pathways in the brain, which is why it needs some care.

Chill vs Flow. Chill uses a lower kanna amount and pairs it with reishi and L-theanine for a mellow feel, with no guarana. Fun Guy Flow Fruit Chews carry 25mg of kanna per chew plus guarana for a more social, upbeat experience.
