What is kanna? Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a South African succulent traditionally chewed or brewed, and Fun Guy standardizes its extract to 5% alkaloids so each piece is consistent. Kanna acts on mood pathways in the brain, which is why it needs some care.

Flow vs Chill. Flow is Fun Guy's social, upbeat formula, built around connection and energy, and it includes guarana, a natural source of caffeine. Fun Guy Chill Fruit Chews are the mellow version, with 10mg of kanna plus reishi and L-theanine and no guarana.

How to take them. Fun Guy recommends two chews as a starting serving and says effects may begin within about 30 minutes. If you are new to kanna, start with one chew, wait at least an hour, and do not exceed the labeled serving.

Know before you take them. Do not combine kanna with antidepressants or other mood-affecting medications, sedatives, or alcohol, and talk to a licensed practitioner first if you take any prescription medication. Skip it if you are pregnant or nursing. We make no medical claims about this product. Because Flow contains guarana, count it toward your daily caffeine.
