Bido For Him Wellness Drink 2.5oz, 700mg Maca + 600mg Ashwagandha

Bido For Him is a 2.5oz daily wellness drink built around 700mg of maca root and 600mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha, made for men who want a consistent daily routine for energy, mood and libido rather than a one night fix.

If you searched for the Bido drink, this is the men's formula. Bido designs it to be taken every day, and the brand says to give it four to six weeks of consistent use before judging it. It is a shot sized bottle, so it fits easily into a morning routine or a gym bag.

Format and contents, per Bido.

• Size: 2.5 fl oz (74ml) single serve bottle
• Maca root: 700mg
• Ashwagandha (KSM-66): 600mg

How to use it. Drink one bottle a day. Bido says some people take two on demanding days, but one is the place to start. Because the formula is designed to build over weeks, a single bottle is a taste test, not a verdict, so we suggest picking up enough for a few weeks.

What to know before you drink it. This is a botanical supplement, not a medication, and it is not a substitute for medical care. L-arginine and L-citrulline can lower blood pressure, as a published review of clinical trials shows, and ginseng, ginkgo and ashwagandha can interact with some prescriptions. Talk to a healthcare practitioner first if you take blood pressure, blood thinning, thyroid or erectile dysfunction medication, or manage a heart condition.

Testing. Bido does not post batch lab results on its product page. For every product we stock, the certificates we have on file are on our lab reports page, and our team can tell you what is available for any batch.

Pair it with. Shopping as a couple? Bido For Her shares the same core formula with schisandra, damiana and hibiscus. For a shared treat instead of a daily routine, try Kums Chocolate for Couples or the Eat Gold Big Orgasm Chocolate Bar 55g.
