What is konjac jelly? Konjac is a root vegetable whose fiber, glucomannan, sets into a soft, chewy jelly. EVERYDAZE sweetens its jelly with erythritol and sucralose, which keeps it low in calories, and adds collagen and vitamin C so a snack doubles as part of a daily routine.

What is in it? Retail listings for the Essential C's line show purified water, erythritol, vegan collagen peptide, natural flavor, vitamin C, konjac powder, fruit extract, citric acid, carrageenan, gellan gum, xanthan gum, calcium lactate, maltodextrin, and sucralose. Check the pouch for the exact list for your flavor.

How to enjoy it. Squeeze and knead the pouch to break up the jelly before opening, then squeeze it to the tip and enjoy. It tastes best chilled. One pouch a day is the suggested serving.

Chew thoroughly. Konjac jelly is firmer than regular jelly and can be a choking risk if swallowed whole. EVERYDAZE's label tells you to chew thoroughly. Do not give it to young children, and do not use it if the cap seal is broken or the pouch is swollen.

Good to know. At 400mg, one pouch provides several times the daily value of vitamin C, so factor it in if you already take a vitamin C supplement. We make no health claims about this product. There are no verified reviews on this page yet.
