What the research does and does not show. LUVV describes its "inhealers" as made with natural ingredients and lab tested. Be aware that inhaling vitamins, hormones or supplements is not an established way to take them: there is little research on how much is absorbed this way, and the FDA has not approved any inhaled supplement. Heating and inhaling any liquid also exposes your lungs to aerosol.

Who should skip it. Use it sparingly, and stop if you feel lightheaded, short of breath or develop a cough. Do not use it if you have asthma or another lung condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medications that interact with its ingredients. Skip it if you are sensitive to caffeine or have a heart rhythm condition, and count it toward your daily caffeine.
