Each 80g bar delivers 24 grams of mushroom formula in 24 tiles at 1,000mg per tile, per the brand's listing. That is double the per-tile strength of the 5G and 12G bars, so every tile you break off counts twice.

What is in Rize X? The active formula is Lion's Mane extract plus Rize's organic mushroom alkaloid extract, the same pairing used across Rize's chocolate bars. Across its bars, Rize describes these flavor bases as organic milk chocolate with Cocoa Krispies for Milk Crunch, organic 70% dark chocolate with crushed cookies for Dark Crunch, and organic white chocolate with crushed Oreos for Cookies and Cream. Rize markets its bars as free of psilocybin, psilocin, Amanita muscaria, THC, and hemp, but does not publicly disclose the source of its alkaloid extract. 

Rize X 24G dosage: do the tile math first. One Rize X tile carries the same amount as two tiles from the Rize 12G Mushroom Chocolate Bar or the Rize 5G Mushroom Chocolate Bar. Rize's own guidance for its 500mg-tile bars puts one to two tiles in the micro range, which means a single X tile already sits at the top of it. Start with one tile, even if you are experienced with Rize, and give it a full hour or more before deciding on another. Chocolate takes effect gradually, and doubling up early is the most common mistake with any edible.

Lab testing. Rize publishes certificates of analysis for its 5G and 12G bars, gummies, and tabs. The 12G Dark Crunch report we reviewed, from PharmLabs San Diego, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab, showed psilocybin, psilocin, related tryptamines, and cannabinoids all not detected, with contaminants within limits.
