What is kanna? Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a South African succulent traditionally chewed or brewed, and Fun Guy standardizes its extract to 5% alkaloids so each piece is consistent. Kanna acts on mood pathways in the brain, which is why it needs some care.

Flow vs Chill. Flow is Fun Guy's social, upbeat formula, built around connection and energy, and it includes guarana, a natural source of caffeine. Fun Guy Chill Fruit Chews are the mellow version, with 10mg of kanna plus reishi and L-theanine and no guarana.
