Fun Guy Flow Kanna Chocolate is vegan dark chocolate scored into triangles, each with 50mg of kanna standardized to 5% alkaloids, plus damiana, cordyceps, and guarana. At twice the kanna of a Flow chew, it is the strongest format in the Fun Guy lineup.

What is kanna? Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a South African succulent traditionally chewed or brewed, and Fun Guy standardizes its extract to 5% alkaloids so each piece is consistent. Kanna acts on mood pathways in the brain, which is why it needs some care.

Chocolate vs chews. One Flow chocolate triangle carries 50mg of kanna, the same as a full two-chew serving of Flow Fruit Chews. Choose the chocolate if you prefer a single piece and a richer treat, or the chews if you want smaller steps.

How to take it. Start with half a triangle if you are new to kanna, and wait at least an hour before having more. Fun Guy says effects may begin within about 30 minutes. Do not exceed the labeled serving.

Know before you take it. Do not combine kanna with antidepressants or other mood-affecting medications, sedatives, or alcohol, and talk to a licensed practitioner first if you take any prescription medication.
