Fun Guy Chill Kanna Chocolate is fair-trade chocolate scored into triangles, each with 10mg of kanna standardized to 5% alkaloids, plus reishi, L-theanine, and Chinese skullcap. It is the gentlest chocolate in the Fun Guy lineup, made for winding down.

What is kanna? Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a South African succulent traditionally chewed or brewed, and Fun Guy standardizes its extract to 5% alkaloids so each piece is consistent. Kanna acts on mood pathways in the brain, which is why it needs some care.

Chill vs Flow chocolate. Chill carries 10mg of kanna per triangle with calming botanicals and no guarana. Fun Guy Flow Chocolate carries 50mg per triangle plus guarana for a more social, upbeat experience.

How to take it. Start with one triangle and wait at least an hour before having more. Fun Guy says effects may begin within about 30 minutes. Do not exceed the labeled serving.

Know before you take it. Do not combine kanna with antidepressants or other mood-affecting medications, sedatives, or alcohol, and talk to a licensed practitioner first if you take any prescription medication.
