The MK Lighter Magic Mushy Series is a windproof jet flame butane lighter, sold one at a time, with a slip guard rubber finish and five two tone mushroom art designs in pinks, yellows, lilacs and greens.
If you want a jet flame lighter that looks more like a piece of pop art than a hardware store tool, this series is the pastel option on our counter. The mushroom theme is purely decorative: each design is a two tone mushroom illustration, with names that run from Drippy Shrooms to Shroom Queen. The jet flame is a focused, blue torch style flame that stays lit in wind where a soft yellow flame would blow out.

How to use it. A jet flame is hotter and more concentrated than a regular flame and can be hard to see in bright light. Hold it a short distance from what you are lighting, keep fingers clear of the nozzle, and release the button as soon as you are done. The metal around the nozzle can stay hot for a moment afterward, so let it cool before it goes back in a pocket or bag.
Refilling and care. Refill with butane only, never lighter fluid. Turn the lighter upside down, press the refill nozzle firmly into the valve for a few seconds, then wait several minutes before lighting. Like every butane lighter, it can struggle at high altitude, roughly 1,500 meters and above, because thinner, colder air keeps the fuel from vaporizing properly.
