Puff Palz Beaker Buddy Rubber Dog Toy (5 x 8 Inch)

The Beaker Buddy by Puff Palz is a 5 x 8 inch natural rubber dog toy that weighs 1 lb 6 oz, the largest and heaviest of our Puff Palz toys and the best fit for big dogs.

If you are shopping for a beaker themed rubber dog toy sized for a big dog, start here. The Beaker Buddy has the same massaging nubs and treat holders as the other Puff Palz toys, but in a much bigger, heavier body, which gives large breeds something substantial to hold down and chew.

How to use it. Load the treat holders with kibble or small treats and let your dog work at it, or freeze a little dog safe spread inside for a longer session on a warm day. Puff Palz says the nubs help clean teeth and tongue and massage gums during chewing, which is a nice extra alongside regular brushing.

Supervision and care. At well over a pound, this is not a fetch toy for throwing hard indoors or at small dogs; it is a chew and puzzle toy. Supervise every session, inspect it for cracks and loose pieces, and replace it when it starts to wear. Clean it on the top rack of the dishwasher. Dogs with rubber or latex sensitivities should skip it.

Who it is for, and how it compares. Owners of large and strong chewing dogs who still want the 420 joke. For a medium dog, the Hippie Hammer is 3.5 x 7 inches and 14 oz; for small dogs, the Tug & Toke is the lighter pick. If you want the bong look in plush for light play, see Billie the Bong.
